TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All orders must be paid for within 14 days from invoice date or the items will be put back into stock
• No items will be dispatched until payment has been finalised
• We do not send items COD
• We reserve the right to reject any orders we feel may be fraudulent.
• GST is included in the total for all purchases made within Australia
• A Tax Invoice will be sent with your parcel.

Returns Policy

• Please check that your order details are correct before proceeding through checkout as we rely on this information to process your order
• No refunds will be given for change of mind once your parcel has been sent.
• All diecast models are new and we check them before shipping, but we cannot un- box them
• A replacement, credit or refund will be given if we have sent the wrong item, the item was not as described, or the item has a manufacturers fault or some damage that has occurred during transit, please contact us immediately to arrange a return number
• No items are to be returned without an authorisation number
• We will either replace, credit or refund the item purchase price plus the return shipping costs. Contact sales@revmodels.com for assitance
• ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST DURING SHIPPING - Any claims for items damaged during shipping must be taken up with the shipping agent which is usually Australia Post
• So please keep all packaging intact for damage claims and contact us for assistance with this matter at sales@revmodels.com
• We use Australia Post for almost all our shipping within Australia and Overseas and they are very good at tracking parcels if they a delayed or lost in transit, but they cannot successfully track a parcel if it is not registered/insured. It is very rare for parcels to go missing, but if they do Australia Post will only compensate for lost items if the parcel is insured. Please select this postage option from the drop down menu during checkout

• We only collect personal information from our customers to enable us to process your orders or to provide you with news and information relating to the Revmodels.com site. Some of this information is shared with our bank and payment gateway provider (St George Bank & Eway) and/or merchant provider (PAYPAL) where necessary to process your payments for orders.
• We do not share your personal information with any other outside parties.
• Our site uses 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer Encryption when transferring any information to our Bank or to Paypal

Within Australia

• During checkout please select your State (VIC,NSW,SA etc) from the drop down menu and also your preferred postal method (with or without registration/insurance)

International

• During Checkout please select your preferred shipping method from the drop down menu
• Chose from either Airmail with Insurance/Airmail without Insurance/ Economy Airmail or Surface Mail). Insurance is available with shipping costs to most countries not all
• Some countries may have Customs or Duty charges for larger International parcels, please be aware that these charges are your responsibility and are not payable by Rev’n Heaven

HOW TO SEARCH

• Go to the Menu section on the left side of screen
• A drop down screen will open with the categories such as American Cars, Australian Cars, British Cars etc.
• You can also access these categories on the main home page by clicking on the icons shown.

• Go to the Menu section on the left side of the screen
• Click on Car Manufacturers and a drop down list will open with categories such as Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Austin, Austin-Healey and so on down the list.

• Go to the Menu section on the left side of the screen
• Click on Model Brands and a drop down list will open with a list of the different brands available such as American Muscle, Auto Art, Bang, Brumm, Classic Carlectables and so on down the list

• Type in the name of what you are looking for, limiting the description to the basic name of the vehicle works best, try not to use make or model code numbers as they may differ from the way we have described the vehicle
• Try typing in CAPITAL (upper case) LETTERS as often this is how the item description has been typed and the search option is case sensitive.
