Yes you can.  We realise that some customers prefer not to order online, so we can be contacted on 03 5962-2357 during normal business hours. (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm Saturday).  Or by Fax on 03 5962-3291.

CAN I ORGANISE MY PAYMENT BY PHONE

Yes you can.  You can process your order online and when choosing your payment method simply select phone ordering and then you can contact us on 03 5962-2357 to make a payment via your credit card.

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST 

Your shipping costs will be determined by the combined weight of the items you order and by your postal location and shipping method, the cost will be calculated for you during checkout.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE

We use Australia Post for all our shipping within Australia and overseas.  You can select Regular Mail and Registered Mail within Australia, Express Mail, (Registered Mail includes insurance cover).  For overseas shipping you can choose from Airmail Insured and Uninsured and Surface Mail Insured and Uninsured (we recommend insurance cover)  NOTE: Not all overseas countries accept insured parcels.

The information you provide to us is only used to process your orders and supply the goods or services that you have requested from us.  We do not pass on your information to other parties. 

DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE

At this point in time we do not produce catalogues, we can supply you with a printed price list, which gives information and prices for all the products on our site, but it does not contain pictures.  These Price Lists are produced every 2-3 months, updates and newsletter will be forwarded to everyone on our mailing list that has requested a Price List.  Price Lists are $5.00 to cover postage.

IF IT IS NOT ON THE WEBSITE DO YOU HAVE IT IN STOCK 

We are a web based retail business and as such all of our stock is on our website, if it is not on the website we either do not have it or it has recently come in and has not been listed yet.  Register for our Newsletter if you wish to be advised on new arrivals.

SEARCHING FOR PRODUCTS, USING THE SEARCH OR ADVANCED SEARCH OPTIONS

Our Search system is case sensitive, some of our model listing headings are in Capital Letters and some are mainly in lower case, try using either alternative.  Also try not to put too many details into your search as this may make it less likely to return the information you are looking for.

OTHER WAYS TO SEARCH

The most effective way to search on our site is via Car Manufacturer, Model Manufacturer or by Category.  These options are listed in the menus on the left hand side of the page.  If you click on the folders for each, the menus will drop down to give you more choices.
